The latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) E-Business Report is out this week, with an expanded list of social networks. Though the largest by users, Facebook scored the lowest user satisfaction score, dropping 8% to 61 (out of 100). Google+ scored 78, Pinterest (69), LinkedIn (63), and Twitter (64).
